On the afternoon of February 7, 2023, the International Marketing Department of TNJ Chemical held a meeting on the 2022 work summary and 2023 work arrangement. The meeting was presided over by Sophia Zhang, the person in charge of the International Marketing Department, and all personnel from the International Marketing Department participated in the meeting.
The meeting first summarized the work of the International Marketing Department in 2022. In 2022, with the joint efforts of all colleagues in the International Marketing Department, and in the face of adverse factors such as global economic contraction, large fluctuations in currency exchange rates, and epidemics, the International Marketing Department still achieved sales of $53 million, an increase of nearly 20% year-on-year. Mr. Zhang first expressed gratitude to all colleagues on behalf of the company, and affirmed that everyone could achieve such excellent results under difficult circumstances. During the meeting, each colleague was asked to share their work experiences during the past year, and colleagues who made great progress and performed well were commended.
The meeting also made arrangements for the work in 2023. In 2023, all work should focus on how to make Tianjian a global customer trust brand, starting from the details of product quality control, considerate customer service, company reputation improvement, customer confidence support, and other aspects without any dead ends, to achieve the ultimate in product and customer service, and resolutely avoid blindly pursuing the quantity and scale of orders. At the meeting, Mr. Zhang also listed the problems and shortcomings in the export sales work.
